The Board of Directors has scheduled a community-wide yard sale for Saturday and Sunday, June 20 and 21. This will be announced to the public. All residents are encouraged to take advantage of this opportunity to do some spring cleaning. There is no need to sign up; just do it!
Important News!
Your lot will be inspected during June 2026. If you wish to be present for that, please inform the Board. You may prepare for the inspection by reviewing the guidelines posted at the mail house. We need to assure that every lot is clean and safe from toxins and hazards from unwanted animals.
Announcement:
The next Board of Directors Meeting is on Thursday, June 18, 2026 at 6:00 pm. The meeting is at the Rochester Rec Center, Conference Room 2. Enter through the large set of doors and go down the corridor to the right after the restrooms.
The Minutes for the Monthly Board of Directors meetings are available under "Minutes" for those residents with password access. Use "Contact Us" to request access. The 2026 Meeting Schedule is posted at the mailhouse.
